- ➤ County officials said Dead Indian Memorial Road became dangerous this week after five semi-trucks got stuck in snowy, icy conditions — urging drivers, especially those from out of state, to choose alternate routes and follow posted restrictions to keep lanes clear for emergency services. - ➤ Pacific Bible College hosted a grand opening for its new library in Medford today, featuring 13,000+ books on Christian academics, philosophy, and theology (the largest theological library between Eugene and Redding). - ➤ Landowners can boost their pasture skills as OSU Extension Service hosts a five-part Pasture Management Class Series starting March 17 with classes held every other Tuesday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Southern Oregon Research and Extension Center in Central Point (the April 28 session is online) and costs $15 per class or $50 for the full series.
