  • After a Highway 230 crash on March 25, local beekeeper Tyler Hawkins rescued bees from 400 hives near Jackson Wellsprings — he now checks each hive in a temporary bee sanctuary while other business at Jackson Wellsprings continues normally.  KOBI-TV

  • Oregon Department of Human Services is promoting a hotline during Brain Injury Awareness Month to help residents find resources and support — an effort that highlights the growing impact of brain injuries.  Rogue River Press

  • Volleyball teams and supporters will gather at Rogue X — a 16-court facility — this weekend for the Rogue Valley Classic, expected to boost the local economy with $475,000 in spending.
