- ➤ Jackson County Expo warned local fairgoers about fraudulent ticket sellers offering Hank Williams Jr. concert tickets and clarified that the Expo is not hosting the musician—consumers should purchase tickets only through the Expo website, Food 4 Less kiosk, Bi-Mart, or by calling the Expo office. - ➤ Volunteers took part in the spring Bear Creek Stewardship Day held at nine sites across the Rogue Valley—ranging from Central Point to Ashland—where they picked up trash, pulled weeds, and planted new trees. Blue Heron Park saw 80 volunteers today and held a contest for the most unique trash item and the longest weed pulled, while the Bear Creek stewards will host another event in the fall. KOBI-TV
- ➤ The 10th Annual Run with Grace 5K was held Saturday at Rogue Valley Country Club to honor Grace Holt, who was 15 when she died by suicide. About 350 runners took part to raise funds for the Grace and Kindness Foundation—offering scholarships to children—supporting her mother's goal to create a positive tribute. KOBI-TV
