  • Medford police said illegal encampments dropped to 13 in March from 186 over a 3-year span after expanding the Livability Team to combine enforcement with outreach that connects residents to housing and mental health services.   • The Medford Water Commission launched a new water supply page on April 30 to share details on water production, demand and irrigation tips amid no water restrictions following a recent drought declaration.   • Mercy Flights held a ribbon cutting at Ashland Municipal Airport yesterday to open its new helicopter air base that will shorten emergency medical service response times.
