- ➤ Starting this week, Oregon Parks and Recreation Department is offering a digital 12-month parking permit at state parks for $60 for residents and $75 for out-of-state guests — the permit covers up to two vehicles and simplifies parking so visitors have one less item to pack. KOBI-TV
