The development will include a 960-square-foot coffee shop, a 2,700-square-foot pizzeria, and an outdoor courtyard with a fire pit, turf play area, and space for three food trucks, with construction set to begin next month. - ➤ Medford police are investigating two drive-by shootings that targeted a residence in the 3600-block of Carnelian Street on July 26 and July 27 with no injuries reported, as a blue Dodge pickup truck (with chrome running boards, five-spoke chrome rims, and chrome door handles) was seen on camera and the department asked anyone with information or footage to come forward.
