- ➤ AARP Oregon welcomed community members at Rogue Valley Country Club on Tuesday morning to celebrate Social Security's 90th anniversary and noted that over 900,000 Oregonians receive benefits. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Pacific Power has unveiled its Wildfire Intelligence Center in Medford to track and monitor wildfires in real time — which helps the company decide on emergency power shutoffs. The facility, launched on May 3 and having monitored over 1,300 wildfires, will use a team of 15 — soon moving to 24-hour operations to improve safety and reduce outages for customers in Talent. KDRV
