- ➤ Medford police arrested 31-year-old Joel Matthew Caswell on Wednesday for drive-by shootings on July 26 and 27 in northeast Medford near Carnelian Street—video evidence tied him to a blue Dodge pickup and he now faces charges for using a weapon, endangering others and mischief while on federal pre-trial release from earlier fraud charges.
