- ➤ The 45th annual Bird Mart took place Sunday at the Jackson County Expo where local animal lovers met to buy birds and learn about their care — members of the Northwest Bird Club said the market helps connect owners, and the club will meet at the Roxy Ann Grange from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. each first Sunday of the month. - ➤ WGU and RCC have partnered to offer transfer pathways for RCC graduates and employees to earn online bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
