  • Crews restored 22 monuments at Eastwood Cemetery that date from the late 1800s—work funded by the Oregon Historic Cemeteries Program. City officials say the project helps keep the cemetery safe and welcoming for local visitors—preserving a key part of our history.  KOBI-TV
  • More than 800 fourth and fifth graders from the Central Point School District ran in the 51st annual Sam’s Valley Mini-Marathon this morning in Sam’s Valley—an event that features a five-kilometer race with a colorful rush and mascot dance-off and is now fully chip-timed with help from a local sponsor.  KOBI-TV

  • The Village at Medford Center will add a MINISO retail store, a global brand known for playful designs and collaborations (including themes like Harry Potter and One Piece) that offers affordable products like toys, snacks, and home goods. GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Medford voters will cast their ballots on Measure 15-238 next Tuesday to raise the transient lodging tax from 11% to 13% so funds can build a new downtown conference center and hotel.
