- ➤ Medford voters approved Measure 15-238 on November 4, raising the hotel tax from 11% to 13% to fund the first phase of the Creekside Quarter development—planned to include a new conference center and retail spaces downtown—while officials said the measure also clears the way for talks to bring a Minor League baseball team.
