- ➤ The Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife announced winners of its Stamp Art Contest—Ryan Kniss of Johnstown took first in both Habitat Conservation and Upland Game Bird Stamp categories while Richard Clifton of Milford won the Waterfowl Stamp contest; limited edition prints will be sold to benefit conservation.
