  • Eagle Point and Upper Rogue Chamber of Commerce are collecting holiday cards for seniors and veterans — drop-off locations include the Eagle Point Windermere Van Fleet office, Main Street Coffee House, and Eagle Point School District office on Royal, with cards accepted through Friday, December 12 at 4:00 p.m.  KOBI-TV
  • After a ten-year hiatus since a Christmas Day fire, Butte Creek Mill in Eagle Point is celebrating the season with festive lights and community-donated trees—reviving a cherished local landmark. The Butte Creek Mill Foundation will host events on December 5th, 7th and 13th while continuing to run the mill and support local fundraisers.  KOBI-TV

  • A proposal to build a new Tractor Supply Company store in northeast Medford is moving forward and will be reviewed by the Land Development Committee on Dec. 10 at 9:30 a.m. The plan calls for a 21,390-square-foot building, a 20,000-square-foot fenced outdoor display, a 3,000-square-foot trailer area and a new parking lot on a 2.96-acre lot at 4209 Crater Lake Avenue in the Coker Butte Business Park.  MedfordAlert
