  • Phoenix-Talent School District in Medford saw a 7% rise in third-grade reading proficiency after introducing a structured curriculum three years ago. Teachers assess phonics, decoding, and comprehension skills three times a year (supporting long-term success).  KDRV

GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Medford Police alert drivers to a new traffic pattern at Stewart Avenue and Barnett Road as the center lane is now through-only to improve access to the WoodSpring Suites hotel opening today. Drivers are reminded that the intersection (photo-enforced) monitors lane directions for compliance.  KOBI-TV
