Medford's largest hotel—a full-service property on over five acres near the North Medford Interchange—has been listed for sale at $14 million.

The four-story building offers 203 rooms, meeting facilities, a restaurant, an indoor pool, and a local shuttle service, and will continue operating during any change in ownership.
